    Description

Offered here is an original, attractive Assistant Sergeant-At-Arms Badge from the 1920 Republican National Convention that nominated Warren Harding and Calvin Coolidge for President and Vice President of the United States. Measurements are 2" x 5".  The 1920 Republican National Convention was held from June 8 to June 12, 1920, in Chicago, Illinois.  Warren Harding became the 29th president of the United States from 1921 until his untimely death in 1923.
The item has intact pin on the verso which is in working order.  Bottom piece features portrait of Abraham Lincoln. The top and bottom pieces are attached by a nice fabric American flag. See pictures for more information on condition.  Overall, a truly handsome piece with strong display qualities despite the badge's ~100 years age!
